Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron in the night and said, "Get up, get out from among my people, both you and the Israelites! Go, serve the LORD as you have requested! Also, take your flocks and your herds, just as you have requested, and leave. But bless me also." - Exodus 12:31-32
Another
blessing of Passover (Pesach) is Deliverance. Deliverance is natural or
spiritual freedom and alignment with God's Will in our spirits, souls
and bodies. The Israelites cried out to Yahweh for Deliverance and the
worship of Passover ushered in the manifestation.
This is a
season for our Deliverance, too. As we consecrate ourselves to The Lord
and worship Him in our homes this year, He's visiting us with Divine
Protection and Deliverance.
During Pesach, homes are made clean
in preparation for His Presence. As we clean your homes - our souls and
minds - we're to rid of them of everything known that's unfit for His
Visitation. And when we do our part, He will do His.
I would be
remiss as a teacher of The Word to not remind us that the Hebrew word
for Visitation can also mean Judgment. The Just Judge rendered a guilty
verdict on Egypt long ago while He Visited with Israel. As The Lord
visits us in this season, our foes are being judged. Forgive and bless,
just as Pharaoh asked of Moshe in Exodus 12:32, and then worship until
you usher in The Glory of God.
Prayer:
Dad (insert your
Name for Him), I submit to You spirit, soul and body and confess all
sin, known and unknown. I nail these sins to The Cross and declare the
enemy can no longer use them against me. I receive Your forgiveness and
cleansing according to 1 John 1:9. I forgive anyone I'm carrying an
offense toward. I decree a release of darkness in my soul and spirit and
receive Your Light in to destroy its works in Jesus' Name. I decree The
Son has set me free and I'm free indeed! Amen.
